Stoney Park
Stoney Park is an international acclaimed pow-wow group with numerous appearances in the United States. They can be heard on different media productions such as the British Broadcasting production called Cat's Eyes, the Canadian gift CD compilation to the 50th anniversary of the United Nations entitled Hear and Now and also on the most recent CD by Buffy St. Marie (Up Where We Belong). They have also entered the world of Canadian Pop Music by appearing on CD with the Barenaked Ladies (There's a Spider in My Room). Stoney Park stole the show at the 1995 Juno awards by performing their composition entitled North American Woman in honour of Buffy St. Marie's induction into the Juno Hall of Fame. Stoney Park continues to spread the beautiful sound of drumming and singing on the pow-wow trail.
